Our future plans for Weddings
We are in the process of applying for a change of use from private house to an events venue; we are very optimistic that we will achieve this and come 2023 we will be able to host weddings. Should we succeed with our plans for Highcliffe:
You’ll be able to celebrate with your nearest and dearest.
As East Yorkshire’s only clifftop venue set within 850 acres of countryside, exclusivity takes on a new meaning. And if we can host your wedding at Highcliffe, what’s ours becomes yours – we’ll hand over our Victorian manor house to you for the day – or the weekend, if you’re planning to extend the celebrations.
Our speciality will be, Intimate, luxurious, one-of-a-kind weddings with a home-from-home feel.

A taste of Highcliffe
From the moment you walk into Highcliffe’s stately reception hall with its distinctive belle époque furniture, winding oak staircase and stunning chandelier, you’ll get a sense of what makes Highcliffe Manor unique.
The oak-panelled rooms and period features are impressive, but Highcliffe retains a sense of the warm Yorkshire welcome we’re so proud of. Book a visit today – we can’t wait to meet you.
Grounds and gardens
There are 11 acres of gardens and grounds to explore at Highcliffe, including a terrace for drinks, a central courtyard and a top-of-the-range hot tub. Our manicured East-facing lawn is perfect for afternoon drinks.
Our big Yorkshire skies and stunning coastal light make for fabulous photographs. Discover our tumbledown barns and stables and our original Victorian windbreaker wall covered in climbing roses. And if you’re very lucky, you might see a hare or two, or even roe deer!
