From the impressive Master Bedroom which occupies the bay window at the front of the house to a selection of comfortable bedrooms of various sizes which overlook different aspects of the property. We guarantee your stay will be memorable.
We have 9 Bedrooms available with en-suite facilities and 11 beds. The maximum number of guests we are able to cater for is 20, excluding infants under 2 years of age.

The Main Hall
The spacious main hall provides access to the bedrooms on the first floor via the grand staircase, to the bar, dining room, library and drawing room/ lounge. On the left is the door to the downstairs toilets.
The billiard room
The snooker-billiard table is an Edwardian vintage full sized table on an original slate bed. The table has been sympathetically refurbished by hand including English wool cloth. A great place to unwind and challenge your friends to a little friendly competition. The room also features a table football table.
The bar
Perhaps our favourite room, the Bar is the heart and soul of the house! Please help yourselves to the selection of drinking glasses which can be found on shelves inside the bar itself.
The drawing room
The ideal room in which to talk, drink and relax, the carved fireplace is an original Victorian surround from 1895 and the period oil painting depicts York race course.
The Library
The library was created by the current owners as a quiet sitting area. Please feel free to browse and read any of the books during your stay or just come and enjoy a little peace and quiet.
The kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with the appliances to support a large household. The large oven is gas powered and operation instructions have been provided by the appliance. A washing machine, dishwasher, steam iron and ironing board are also available for your use.
